There are guidelines for what you can bring in your carry-on baggage. This page explains whatโ€™s allowed, including liquids, medications, and baby food. Small scissors, nail files, or tweezers are okay as long as the sharp part is no longer than 6 cm. Most things are allowed, but anything on the list of dangerous or banned items cannot be taken on board or in your carry-on bag.

Permitted in your carry-on baggage

  • Personal care items
    Shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, and other toiletries in reasonable-sized containers
  • Electronic devices
    A smartphone or laptop
  • Medicines and medical devices
    Prescription medication or an inhaler
  • Liquids and food
    water bottle or a sandwich
  • Baby items
    Baby formula or a pacifier
  • Sports material
    Tennis racket, etc.

Not permitted

  • Chemical products
    Bleach or cleaning agents.
  • Pointy or cutting items
    Knife or scissors.
  • Alcoholic beverages
    Bottle of wine.
  • Guns and sharp objects
    Firearm or a needle.
  • Blunt objects
    Baseball bat.
  • Explosives and flammable substances
    Fireworks or gasoline.

Liquids allowed in your Carry-On bag

You are allowed to carry liquids in containers of up to 100ml in your hand luggage. Smaller or partially used containers are also fine. Make sure to place all liquids, gels, creams, pastes, and aerosols into a resealable, transparent 1-liter bag. To avoid having to surrender any items, itโ€™s best to pack them in your checked baggage instead.

Claiming lost baggage or missing

If your luggage or personal belongings are misplaced during your journey, please reach out to your airline company. Conversely, if you lose them within the airport premises, contact the Airport Security Police (PSA) at the airport.
